Mental Skills and Self Compassion Coaching

Coaching is a personalized, one-on-one offering that will support you with formal mindfulness, self compassion and mental performance practices as well as the specific skills and exercises that are most relevant to your wellbeing and performance goals.

During each weekly Zoom video sessions, we will stretch into more skillful mindsets and  less familiar ways of being. As challenges naturally arise from week to week, you will learn how to maintain a sense of stability in the present moment while responding with more wisdom and self-compassion. Each week you’ll be coached around your identified intentions, including deepening your self-compassion and present moment awareness.  You will integrate the insights you gain from those practices into new actions and possibilities.

Setting the intention to make a change is a big first step and taking action is the most important step. Change takes time. To support that growth and sustainable change, my coaching starts with an *8 week session package.  After that time you can continue month to month, either weekly or biweekly with mentorship sessions to help you integrate the skills you have learned and apply them to your current circumstances.

*The first session will be a 60-minute intake, all future sessions will be 50-minutes.
