Dear fellow human,

I see you. It feels like no one else understands what you are going though. I’ve been there too. My flavor of suffering is probably different from yours but the one thing we have in common is that we know suffering. I used to suffer in silence. Afraid to share for fear that the whole house of cards might come tumbling down. My own personal practice of mindfulness and self-compassion created such an amazing transformation in my own life that I have become a lifelong practitioner and I am passionate about sharing these powerful practices with my clients. Together we will build up your inner ally, identify the mind states that are holding you back and cultivate the resilience needed to have the life of your dreams.

I got you,

Amy

“For our company’s last senior management meeting, we wanted to branch out from the typical business speakers and team-building exercises and try something different.  Through various references we discovered Amy Noelle’s unique mindfulness experience.  We didn’t know exactly what to expect, although we definitely hoped the experience would be positive and impactful (and would NOT involve us wearing yoga pants!).  We couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised! Amy led us through various mindfulness exercises designed to improve our focus, innovation, communication, and compassion in the workplace. The exercises encouraged us to slow down, embrace the moment and listen fully, all with a goal of improving our leadership in the organization. I would highly recommend Amy’s seminar and method to any group that’s willing to feel a little discomfort in order to improve trust and compassion that can filter down through the entire organization.”

“I am pleased to recommend Amy Noelle as a Mindfulness-based Wellness Coach. About three years ago I was diagnosed with a rare neurological disease, abruptly ending my 35-year career in aerospace. My life changed overnight. During her Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction class, Amy mentioned she did individual coaching. We ended up meeting once a week for eight weeks, during which she showed wisdom, empathy, insight and encouragement. Each week I was held accountable for something we had agreed to the previous week. And it was not just philosophy. Many of her ideas were practical and easy to implement. After a long period of feeling stuck, I felt some forward movement. I felt hope. Thank you Amy for your coaching skills. I thoroughly enjoyed working with you.”

A bit about me…

  • When I am not seeing clients you can find me… shuttling around my teenagers and developing mindfulness and self compassion programs.

  • Nature is my ultimate sanctuary, where I find solace and inspiration amidst the hustle and bustle of life. From sunrise hikes in the mountains to sunset strolls along the shoreline, the beauty of nature never disappoints.

  • One of my greatest joys is connecting with friends over shared experiences and laughter. Whether it's embarking on spontaneous road trips or hosting cozy game nights, building meaningful connections fuels my soul.

  • I have removed the word “should” from my vocabulary. You ought to try it! ;-)
